1. 时效：下单之后直至最终送达通常为20个工作日之内。若遇法定节假日，极端天气状况等不可抗力因素，可能会造成相应延误。
2. 保险：所有货品均有全额保险，若出现错寄，漏寄，破损之情况，我们会依照退换货规则为您免费补寄。
