退换货规则

Refund & Return Policy

由于跨境电商的特殊性质,我们关于退换货政策实行两段话管理。

  1. 若您的退换货需求发生在您下单后直至货品离开我们仓库之前,通常为下单后的12小时之内,我们将竭尽全力满足您的退换需求,是否能成功退换以我们具体个案实操为准。
  2. 当您收到酒时请在快递公司人员在场的情况下立即开箱验货,若发现错寄,漏寄,破损等现象。请立即拍照取证并且联络我们客服人员(dtc@napago.com),我们会按照具体情况为您实行补寄。但由于货品为食品,且跨境运输之原因,货品确认接收之后不接受退货及换货需求。

 

Due to the unique nature of cross-border e-commerce, we have implemented two-paragraph management regarding the return and exchange policy.

  1. If your return request occurs after you place the order until the goods leave our warehouse, usually within 12 hours after the order is placed, we will do our best to meet your return and exchange needs, whether we can successfully return or exchange according to specific case actual operation.
  2. When you receive the wine, please immediately unpack and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier company's personnel. If you find that it has been miss-delivered, missed, damaged, etc. Please take a photo of evidence immediately and contact our customer service staff (dtc@napago.com), and we will resend it for you according to the specific situation. However, due to the fact that the goods are food and cross-border transportation, returns and exchanges are not accepted after the goods are confirmed received.
